The established returns and exchanges period is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. However, the right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, without the need to provide any justification or incur any penalty.
Furthermore, in cases provided for by law, this period may be extended up to 30 calendar days, in accordance with the terms established by the applicable legislation.
To exercise this right, the decision must be communicated within the corresponding period and the product must be returned in accordance with the conditions set out in this returns and exchanges policy.

 

 

/ IN-STORE RETURNS

All products purchased in-store must be exchanged/returned at the same store they where purchased.
Items must be in the same condition (including tags) as they were purchased.

 

/ ONLINE RETURNS

Returns are available worldwide.
Depending on your country of origin, you will be able to:

1. Manage it through our partnered courier service (FEDEX / UPS / Correos).

 2. Ship it on your own

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

 

All items may be returned or exchanged within the applicable returns period, in accordance with the conditions set out in this policy. 
For hygiene reasons, certain products, such as underwear and other hygiene-sensitive items, may only be returned if they are in their original condition, unopened and with all seals intact.
This restriction shall not apply in cases where the item is defective or has a manufacturing fault.
Returned items must comply with the requirements established in this returns and exchanges policy.

In order to receive a refund, items must also be returned in their original packaging including all labels and possible items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receipt of shipment or purchase in-store.

*Mystery Products (Mystery Hoodie & Mystery T-shirt) cannot be exchanged or returned.

*During special periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, the return and exchange period will be extended from November 25th to January 18th.

Please note: the shipping costs of the initial order will not be refunded. Some items, such as, keychains, jewelry, underwear & socks cannot be returned.
