As soon as you make the purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and our team will get to work so that you receive your order as soon as possible.
If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us via chat indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible.
Fadedstudios will not be responsible for delivery mistakes caused when the delivery address entered by the customer at the check out does not correspond to the correct delivery address.
*During collection Drops, Black Friday Period and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, it is possible that shipments may suffer some delays.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify Scuffers by our chat.
- Cancellations are only available for orders that have not yet been processed.
- FadedStudios not responsible for cancellations that could not be processed in time due to the fast preparation of the order.
Please note that all transit times are approximate and may vary (especially during high-demand periods such as Black Friday and Christmas). They should not be interpreted as exact delivery dates.
Scuffers will always work to provide the best possible service for international shipments. However, in exceptional cases beyond our control, an order may be cancelled. In such cases, we will notify you within 24 business hours and issue a refund using the same payment method used by the customer.
